The didactic core of my work as an HV trainer: I offer you a fully modular and role-based training concept that gives your company maximum flexibility and optimal use of resources – from awareness training to the Expert Person (Fachkundige Person).
My modular concept makes it possible to minimize training costs while maximizing safety. Each employee receives from me exactly the qualification their role requires – no more, no less.
At the heart of my teaching approach is not regulation, but understanding. I am convinced that those who truly grasp technical relationships act safely – not because they have to, but because they can.
I make complex high-voltage concepts tangible and comprehensible through modern visualizations, technical animations, and engineering-based explanatory models.
Practical exercises on real vehicles and high-voltage systems are the focus of my training – creating genuine operational confidence that goes beyond theoretical knowledge.
Final assessments and documented qualification records verify the competence acquired and provide legal certainty for your company.
I offer flexible e-learning modules as a complement to in-person qualification – for foundational knowledge, refresher courses, and standards updates. Anytime, anywhere, on any device.
Basic electrical knowledge, HV system design, hazards and protective measures – as preparation for my in-person training or for self-paced qualification.
Regular knowledge refreshers in accordance with DGUV 209-093 – documented, certified, and legally compliant.
Current changes in DGUV 209-093, UNECE R100 and other relevant standards – compactly and clearly prepared by me.
Standards-compliant qualification doesn't begin in the training room – it begins with the right planning. I support companies from the risk assessment through to complete qualification documentation.
I systematically analyze the HV-relevant activities in your company – in accordance with ArbSchG and DGUV Vorschrift 1.
I develop a tailored qualification pathway for every role and every area of your company.
I prepare legally sound documentation of all qualification measures – qualification records in accordance with DGUV 209-093.
I proactively inform you about relevant changes to standards and adjust your qualification strategy accordingly.
I come directly to your company and train your employees on your vehicles, in your workshop, and with your processes – no detours, no external premises, no abstract training room.

"Qualification for Work on Vehicles with High-Voltage Systems"
Edition August 2021 · Previous number: DGUV 200-005
Published by the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) in cooperation with the ZDK (German Motor Trades Association), this information defines the requirements for qualifying persons who carry out work on vehicles with HV systems.
It applies to land vehicles (passenger cars, trucks, buses, industrial trucks, two-wheelers, among others) – but not to rail-guided vehicles, watercraft or aircraft, or vehicles permanently connected to a power grid.
DGUV Information distinguishes between two level systems:
The FHV (Certified High-Voltage Person) is recognized as an electrically skilled person under DGUV Regulations 3 and 4 for the high-voltage systems specialty. In all my training, I ensure full compliance with these requirements – from basic instruction through to full qualification as a skilled professional.
"Uniform Provisions Concerning the Approval of Vehicles with Regard to Specific Requirements for the Electric Power Train"
UNECE R100 is an international regulation of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and defines the safety requirements for electrically powered vehicles and their high-voltage components.
It defines high voltage as:
UNECE R100 sets out protective measures, insulation requirements and test procedures for HV systems and is referenced in DGUV 209-093 as international regulation.
I teach UNECE R100 not as an abstract regulation, but as a practically applicable safety tool – clear, hands-on and fully integrated into my training.
The prerequisites vary depending on the qualification level. Level 1 requires no specific prior knowledge. From Level 2 onwards, relevant prior knowledge or a completed Level 1 qualification is required. A detailed overview can be found in the respective training descriptions or is available on request.
No. All of my trainings are designed to be fully manufacturer-neutral. The competencies imparted apply to all common vehicle brands and high-voltage system architectures.
DGUV Information 209-093 recommends regular refreshers of the qualification. I am happy to advise you on the recommended renewal intervals for your specific industry and activity.
Yes. In-house trainings are available for all training formats and levels. I come to you, qualify your employees on your vehicles, and adapt the training concept to your processes.
Yes. As part of project-based corporate trainings, I develop fully individual qualification programs tailored to your specific vehicles, production facilities, or service processes.
Costs vary depending on the training format, number of participants, and location. Modular group offerings are generally considerably more cost-effective than individual sessions. I am happy to prepare an individual quote for you.
My training courses are based on DGUV Information 209-093, UNECE R100, relevant VDE guidelines, and industry-specific requirements. All content is continuously updated to reflect the latest state of the standards.
My training sessions are designed for group sizes of 4 to 16 participants. For larger corporate groups, I develop multi-stage training programs. In-house training sessions start at 6 people.
Yes. All training completions are documented with a qualification certificate that meets the requirements of DGUV Information 209-093 and is recognized by authorities, insurers, and testing organizations.
